Fresh Manager of Creative Operations

- Oversee daily operations for social and digital creative processes, including intake, briefing, timelines, and approvals.
- Develop and implement end-to-end workflows for creative projects to ensure fast turnaround and content protection.
- Coordinate e-commerce, social, and campaign calendars to streamline projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Global Creative, cross-functional partners, and external vendors.
- Manage cross-functional communication, including status updates, roadblocks, and stakeholder alignment.
- Refine processes for rapid creative turnaround while maintaining quality.
- Negotiate contracts and manage timelines with external content creators.
- Oversee the annual social budget to meet creative needs for social shoots and outsourced content.
- Lead weekly status meetings, kick-offs, and creative reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Manage project timelines and resource allocation using Workfront.
- Stay informed on new creative outputs in AI creation and production versioning.
- Act as a change leader in an evolving environment.
- Support broader creative projects as the brand evolves.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4-7 years of experience in creative operations or production, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Experience managing and leading graphic designers through digital or social project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday, or Asana.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within target budgets.
Minimum 3 years
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 USD.
