Fresh Manager, Inventory Planning

- Ensure optimal inventory levels at wholesale accounts to meet sales targets while maintaining inventory goals for Sephora and Kohl's.
- Monitor and achieve targeted in-stock rates at wholesale accounts.
- Manage inventory levels by reviewing inventory turn, in-stock rates, weeks of supply, and sales trends.
- Develop strong relationships with wholesale partners' planning teams to enhance planning processes and retailer fill rates.
- Conduct SKU productivity analysis to maximize business and minimize unproductive SKUs.
- Manage RTV projection files and communicate with retail partners on discontinued SKUs.
- Develop sales and stock analysis to drive retail and gross sales.
- Communicate with North American retailers on new launches, limited life allocations, and inventory-related planning.
- Implement supply planning strategies, including segmentation, safety stock, and predictive analytics.
- Forecast sales and shipments for new product launches.
- Maintain NA order book roll-up to ensure monthly shipment forecasts are achieved.
- Monitor gross sales and ensure monthly forecast accuracy.
- Communicate with customer service and distribution center teams to ensure timely order shipments.
- Develop processes to minimize shipping chargebacks and mitigate risks.
- Maintain weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and build new tools and models.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, retail planning, inventory management, or allocation.
- Strong business acumen and financial aptitude.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and retail analytics data models.
- Experience with SKU-level assortment planning.
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, retail planning, inventory management, or allocation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
