Fresh Manager, Global Events and Retail Experience

- Collaborate with global and local teams to define event strategies that enhance brand equity and support new product launches.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative small-to-large scale animations and consumer events for global icon campaigns.
- Create and implement global event experience guidelines with clear business KPIs to drive event sales, in collaboration with the Creative and Visual Merchandising team.
- Serve as a liaison between the Brand Marketing and VMSD teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and in-store animations.
- Enhance offline brand and product storytelling with immersive tactics to increase consumer engagement and encourage content creation.
- Partner with the Education team to build retail experiences based on power demos and service applications to drive conversion.
- Leverage global consumer insights and analytics to optimize the in-store and omnichannel consumer journey.
- Work with the Education team to develop the next generation of high-touch service and experience innovations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 360° consumer event management and retail experiences.
- Proven track record in creative, events, or digital agency environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of omni-channel trends, digital landscape, and emerging consumer behaviors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective business partnerships.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Minimum 5 years of experience with a track record in 360° consumer event management and retail experiences.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD per year.
