Fresh Manager, Global Events and Retail Experience

- Collaborate with global and local teams to define event strategies that enhance brand equity and support new product launches.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative consumer events to support global campaigns.
- Create and implement global event experience guidelines with clear business KPIs to drive sales.
- Act as a liaison between Brand Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging.
- Enhance brand storytelling with immersive tactics to increase consumer engagement.
- Partner with the Education team to build retail experiences that drive conversion and enhance consumer belief.
- Leverage global consumer insights to optimize the in-store and omnichannel consumer journey.
- Work with the Education team to deliver high-touch services and experiences that drive brand innovation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in 360° consumer event management and retail experiences.
- Experience in creative, events, or digital agencies preferred.
- Knowledge of omni-channel trends and emerging consumer behaviors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective business partnerships.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing consumer events and retail experiences, preferably within creative or digital agencies.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD per year.
