Manager, Global Events and Retail Experience

- Collaborate with global and local teams to define event strategies for brand equity and product launches.
- Lead the development of innovative consumer events and animations for global campaigns.
- Create and implement global event experience guidelines with clear business KPIs.
- Act as a liaison between Brand Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams for brand messaging alignment.
- Enhance brand storytelling with immersive tactics to increase consumer engagement.
- Partner with the Education team to build retail experiences that drive conversion.
- Leverage consumer insights to optimize the in-store and omnichannel consumer journey.
- Work with the Education team to deliver high-touch service innovations.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer event management and retail experiences.
- Experience in creative, events, or digital agencies preferred.
- Knowledge of omni-channel trends and consumer behaviors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective business partnerships.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer event management and retail experiences.
The salary range for the role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD.
