Fresh Manager, Global Events and Retail Experience

- Collaborate with global and local teams to define event strategies that enhance brand equity and support product launches.
- Lead the development of innovative animations and consumer events to bolster global campaigns.
- Create and implement global event experience guidelines with clear business KPIs to drive sales.
- Act as a liaison between Brand Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Enhance brand storytelling through immersive tactics to boost consumer engagement.
- Partner with the Education team to develop retail experiences that drive conversion.
- Leverage consumer insights to optimize the in-store and omnichannel consumer journey.
- Work with the Education team to deliver innovative high-touch services.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 360° consumer event management and retail experiences.
- Experience in creative, events, or digital agencies preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective business partnerships.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer event management and retail experiences, preferably within creative or digital agencies.
The salary range for the role is $95,000 - $115,000 USD per year.
