Fresh Manager, Creative Operations

- Oversee daily operations for social and digital creative processes, including intake, briefing, timelines, approvals, and delivery.
- Develop and implement efficient end-to-end workflows for creative projects, ensuring rapid turnaround while maintaining content quality.
- Coordinate e-commerce, social, and campaign calendars to streamline project execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Global Creative, cross-functional partners, and external vendors.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication, providing status updates, identifying roadblocks, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Negotiate contracts and manage timelines with external content creators and vendors.
- Manage the annual social budget to meet creative needs, including social shoots and outsourced content creation.
- Lead weekly status meetings, kick-offs, and creative reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize Workfront to manage project timelines and resource allocation.
- Stay informed on new creative outputs in AI creation and production versioning.
- Act as a change leader in a dynamic environment.
- Support broader creative projects as the brand evolves.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in creative operations or production, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Experience managing graphic designers through digital or social project lifecycles.
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as Workfront, Monday, or Asana.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and creative applications like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in creative operations or production, with a preference for experience in the beauty or fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 USD.
