Fresh General Manager, North America

- Develop and execute market strategy and implement channel-specific, commercial, sales, and business strategies to drive profitability and meet key consumer needs.

- Champion people strategies, partnering with the global HRBP to foster a high-performance culture.
- Direct business performance analysis to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate risks.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the North America team, fostering a people-first culture.
- Demonstrated success overseeing Sales, Business Development, and/or Marketing in Beauty, Consumer Goods, or adjacent industry.
- Proven experience driving a wholesale and retail business within the North America Market while managing and overseeing an entire P&L.
- Extensive knowledge of the North America beauty market and consumer, with awareness of trends and opportunities across the industry and retailers.
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and ownership.
- Ability to project manage and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership agility and presence in inspiring and motivating teams.
- Creative and analytical thinking to foster a culture of collaboration and results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategic initiative communication.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
The salary range for this role is $210,000 - $250,000 USD.
