Fresh Ecommerce & Digital Communications Executive

- Manage daily operations for brand.com, including catalogue management, product launches, and animation planning.
- Ensure site merchandising excellence to maximize sales opportunities and enhance consumer journey.
- Oversee Performance Marketing metrics, SEM, and SEO to boost website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Analyze online consumer behavior to optimize customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless order fulfillment processes.
- Implement HQ and local market initiatives, conducting UAT for UX/UI improvements and new functionalities.
- Monitor and analyze Ecommerce sales performance, translating data into consumer insights and business development reports.
- Develop social content calendars and paid digital advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and drive E-commerce traffic.
- Support digital communications efforts by engaging influencers and building a brand community.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities
- Creative and aesthetic sensibility for brand expression
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe, Infoware, and Google Analytics is advantageous
A minimum of 3 years in E-commerce operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience with both in-house and agency settings, as well as marketplaces and e-retailers, is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree
