Fresh Ecommerce & Digital Communications Executive

- Manage daily operations for brand.com, including catalog management, product launches, and animation planning.
- Ensure site merchandising excellence to maximize sales opportunities and enhance consumer journey.
- Oversee Performance Marketing metrics, SEM, and SEO to drive website traffic and conversion rates.
- Analyze online consumer behavior to optimize engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless order fulfillment processes.
- Implement HQ and local market initiatives, conducting UAT for UX/UI improvements.
- Monitor and analyze Ecommerce sales performance, translating data into actionable insights.
- Develop social content calendars and paid digital advertising strategies to boost brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Support digital communications efforts, fostering influencer engagement and community building.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketplaces and e-retailers preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Creative and aesthetic sensibility to express brand identity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe, Infoware, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations, preferably within both in-house and agency settings.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
