Ecommerce & Digital Communications Executive

Fresh Hong Kong and MAKE UP FOR EVER are part of the Perfumes & Cosmetics business group, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

1. Manage daily operations for brand.com, including catalog management, product launches, and animation plans.
2. Establish site merchandising excellence to maximize sales opportunities and enhance consumer journeys.
3. Manage performance marketing metrics, SEM, and SEO to boost website traffic and conversion rates.
4. Analyze online consumer behavior to optimize customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for smooth order fulfillment processes.
6. Implement market initiatives and conduct user acceptance testing for UX/UI improvements.
7. Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance and translate data into consumer insights.
8. Develop social content calendars and digital advertising to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
9. Assist in digital communications to engage influencers and build brand community.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
3. Experience in both in-house and agency environments preferred
4. Marketplaces and e-retailer experience highly preferred
