Fresh E-Commerce and Marketing Assistant Intern

- Contribute to the brand's development in the European market, working closely with the E-commerce team on commercial site animations and customer service management for Fresh.com.
- Participate in the execution and monitoring of commercial animations on the website, including setting up offers in the Back Office and updating e-merchandising.
- Manage product catalog translations for new launches, renovations, and limited editions, ensuring linguistic and cultural coherence.
- Assist in forecasting samples and GWP with the E-commerce and Marketing teams, managing operations and stock allocation.
- Collaborate on optimizing Fresh.com's customer service as a strategic loyalty tool, assisting with customer feedback and claims management.
- Manage micro-influencer campaigns using Skeepers, including calendar management, campaign launch, and post-campaign analysis.
- Support the creation and management of a UGC content library, recommending integration across digital channels.
- Assist in organizing consumer and influencer events, including agency briefing and event day logistics.
- Manage paid social media campaigns with creative agencies, from calendar co-definition to visual development and KPI analysis.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend monitoring to identify best practices.
- Organized with strong writing skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, enthusiastic, and motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
- Fluent in English and French.
Beginner level experience in e-commerce or marketing is required.
