Fresh Director of Global Social Media Influencer Strategy

- Define and implement the influencer brand strategy within the integrated communication plans, encompassing content generation, paid partnerships, events, and seeding.
- Collaborate with Eastern and Western Market teams to develop an organic social platform strategy and identify new channels for testing.
- Oversee the development of influencer content strategy and manage the external influencer content program, including workflow, briefing, and asset delivery.
- Create global guidelines, frameworks, and strategies for influencer engagement that regional teams can execute consistently across key markets.
- Lead the content strategy for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns, ensuring innovation and engagement.
- Define and manage key organic social KPIs, providing dynamic reporting to measure campaign impact.
- Work with international market teams to incorporate market needs into the organic social strategy, content development, and calendar.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align influencer strategy with business needs.
- 8-12 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness and program performance.
- Excellent creative judgment and ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and advertising products.
- Proficiency in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Tribe).
- Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SparkAR; photography, Photoshop, and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make proactive recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 USD.
