- Define the influencer brand strategy within integrated communication plans, encompassing content generation, paid partnerships, events, and seeding.
- Collaborate with Eastern and Western Market teams to develop an organic social platform strategy and explore new channels.
- Develop and manage the influencer content strategy, overseeing the external influencer content program, workflow, briefing, and asset delivery.
- Create global influencer guidelines and strategies for consistent execution across key markets.
- Lead content strategy for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns, ensuring innovation and engagement.
- Define and manage key organic social KPIs, providing dynamic reporting to measure campaign impact.
- Collaborate with international market teams to incorporate market needs into the organic social strategy and content calendar.
- Work with creative and marketing teams to align influencer strategy with business needs.
- 8-12 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, including functionality and advertising products.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating content effectiveness and program performance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to align partners swiftly.
- Strong creative judgment and ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content.
- Proficiency in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Tribe).
- Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SparkAR; photography, Photoshop, and video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive in recommending process improvements and new ways of working.
- Ambition to learn and a curious mindset.
Minimum of 8-12 years in social media or influencer marketing, with a preference for experience in the beauty industry.
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 USD.
