- Develop and implement global marketing and communication strategies to enhance market share.
- Create consumer personas and journey maps to optimize engagement across various touchpoints.
- Craft a comprehensive 3-year marketing calendar integrating product launches, campaigns, and events.
- Tailor marketing strategies to regional needs, accounting for market-specific challenges and opportunities.
- Lead global campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
- Define and analyze KPIs to assess campaign success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales, e-commerce, and CRM strategies.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or strategy.
- Proven track record in the global beauty industry with a strong understanding of international markets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and campaign analysis.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
A minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, brand marketing, or strategic roles within the beauty industry, with a focus on international markets and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000 USD.
