- Develop and execute global marketing and communication strategies to enhance market share.
- Create consumer personas and journey maps to optimize engagement.
- Design a three-year marketing calendar integrating product launches and campaigns.
- Customize global marketing calendars to align with regional nuances.
- Define KPIs for campaign success and conduct trend analysis.
- Lead global campaigns for product launches and category promotions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets.
- Formulate media, advertising, and promotion strategies based on performance analysis.
- Coordinate with channel partners to implement best practices.
- Develop content matrices to meet campaign objectives.
- Engage with regional teams for event and partnership opportunities.
- Support influencer strategy and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Partner with e-commerce and CRM teams to enhance online presence and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with analytics and education teams to optimize campaign performance.
- 10-12+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of the global beauty industry.
- Proficiency in social media, influencer, and media landscapes.
- Experience in retail and in-store marketing.
- Proven track record working with international teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development.
- Ability to develop realistic plans and recommendations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Minimum 10 years
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000 USD.
