- Develop and define the influencer brand strategy within integrated communication plans, encompassing content generation, paid partnerships, events, seeding, and relationship building.
- Manage the external influencer content program, overseeing workflow, briefing, and asset delivery.
- Create global guidelines and frameworks for influencer strategies that regional teams can implement consistently across key markets.
- Lead the development of innovative, informative, and engaging content for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns.
- Utilize insights to optimize and scale campaigns, ensuring influencer performance is measurable and repeatable.
- Regularly distribute insights and learnings with internal teams through monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on 360-marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with global strategies and launches.
- Identify synergies within Consumer Marketing to amplify brand awareness, desirability, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness and program performance.
- Solid network of influencer talent, agents, publicists, celebrities, and other industry-related gatekeepers.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to swiftly align internal and external partners.
- Proficient in influencer and social media metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Tribe).
- Deep understanding of all social platforms, including functionality and advertising products.
- Strong creative judgment and ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content.
- Technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build relationships with consumers through heartfelt generosity.
- Collaborative communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years in influencer marketing, with a preference for beauty industry experience.
The salary range for the role is $160,000 - $180,000 USD.
