- Develop and define the influencer brand strategy within integrated communication plans, including content generation, paid partnerships, events, and relationship building.
- Manage the external influencer content program, overseeing workflow, briefing, and asset delivery.
- Create global guidelines and strategies for influencer engagement that regional teams can implement consistently across markets.
- Lead the development of innovative and engaging content for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns.
- Utilize insights to optimize and scale influencer campaigns, building systems for measurable performance.
- Regularly distribute insights and learnings to internal teams through monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align influencer strategy with global campaigns and launches.
- Identify synergies within Consumer Marketing to enhance brand awareness, desirability, and customer engagement.
- 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating content effectiveness and program performance.
- Extensive network of influencer talent, agents, publicists, and industry gatekeepers.
- Proficient in influencer and social media metrics and monitoring tools.
- Technical proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Consumer-centric approach to building relationships.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for beauty industry expertise.
The salary range for the role is $160,000 - $180,000 USD.
