- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop engaging social content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Design and execute creative content and layouts to support regional marketing campaigns in SEA-Oceania.
- Stay attuned to social and beauty trends to create culturally relevant content.
- Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials for both site and social-first content.
- Manage all phases of video production, including ideation, scripting, filming, and post-production.
- Utilize photography and videography skills for marketing campaigns, including post-production editing.
- Design and produce marketing collaterals for print and digital media, including websites, social media, and packaging.
- Drive innovative ideas and trend curation for compelling content.
- Shoot, edit, and create short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Maintain high production standards in collaboration with the regional team.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work on revisions through delivery.
- Research and compile social trends and competitors’ best practices to inform new content proposals.
- Degree or diploma in design or relevant courses.
- Fresh graduates with high potential will be considered.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and creative content editing.
- Strong visual mindset and understanding of beauty video landscape.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take creative direction.
- Understanding of frame composition, lighting, and studio tools.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
- Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic lighting/audio equipment.
- Creative storytelling ability and design rationale articulation.
- Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Beginner level experience in creative content production, with a focus on photography, videography, and editing.
Degree or diploma in design courses or relevant.
