1. Over 5 years of frontline cosmetics sales experience.
2. More than 3 years of experience in managing and leading a sales team.
3. Experience managing high-revenue stores.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. High sensitivity to luxury products.
6. Professional appearance and demeanor, with no tattoos.

1. Proficient in skincare knowledge and customer education.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email communication.

Over 5 years of frontline cosmetics sales experience and more than 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
