1. Achieve and exceed retail sales goals for Fresh products.
2. Recruit and engage customers through product demonstrations.
3. Conduct skincare consultations, makeup applications, and product demonstrations.
4. Capture and maintain client data for follow-up and clienteling.
5. Schedule and follow up on client appointments.
6. Build and maintain a clientele book.
7. Promote focus items and Fresh favorites.
8. Assist with store maintenance, cleaning, and merchandising standards.
9. Maintain hygienic standards throughout the workday.
10. Report stock and visibility issues to the supervisor.
11. Use marketing collateral in accordance with directives.
12. Develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and corporate.
13. Suggest innovative ideas to drive business growth.
14. Attend corporate trainings and assist at in-store events.
15. Promote brand awareness and a team environment within the store.
16. Open and close the store as per schedule requirements.
17. Ensure compliance with cash deposit and loss prevention procedures.
18. Prepare sales and inventory reports as needed.
19. Achieve company sales and profit goals.

1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry.
2. Professional makeup skills preferred.
3. Knowledge of skincare products and trends.
4. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Flexible schedule with the ability to work during vacation blackout periods.
6. Availability to open and close the store.

The salary range for this position is $21 - $25 per hour.
