1. Achieve and exceed retail sales goals for Fresh products.
2. Recruit and engage customers through product demonstrations and consultations.
3. Conduct skincare consultations, makeup applications, and product demonstrations.
4. Capture and manage client data effectively.
5. Follow up with clients through thank you cards and telephone calls.
6. Schedule and manage follow-up appointments.
7. Build and maintain a clientele book.
8. Promote focus items and Fresh favorites.
9. Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning and merchandising.
10. Maintain hygienic standards throughout the workday.
11. Communicate stock and visibility issues to the supervisor.
12. Use marketing collateral in accordance with directives.
13. Develop strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and corporate partners.
14. Suggest innovative business-driving ideas to the Store Manager.
15. Attend corporate trainings and assist at in-store events.
16. Promote brand awareness and a team environment within the store.
17. Open and close the store as per schedule requirements.
18. Ensure compliance with cash deposit and retail operation procedures.
19. Understand and implement loss prevention procedures.
20. Provide sales and inventory reporting as needed.
21. Achieve overall company sales and profit goals.

1. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Professional makeup skills preferred.
3. Knowledge of skincare products and industry trends.
4. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this role is $21 - $25 per hour.
