Responsibilities
- Engage in sales activities at store counters or boutiques, collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Input and maintain daily sales data.
- Meet monthly sales objectives.
- Proactively provide customer consultation services.
- Deliver after-sales service, understanding and responding to customer needs and feedback promptly.
- Uphold the brand image actively.
- Assist in daily inventory checks ensuring data accuracy.
- Support display and merchandise changes in the store and counters.
- Participate in daily store operations including merchandise management and store cleanliness.
- Adhere strictly to brand operational requirements.
- Participate actively in employee training covering product knowledge, service quality, and basic computer skills.
- Assist the store manager with additional store-related tasks.
- Comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, jewelry, or beauty stores.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to smile under pressure.
- Good skin condition, presentable appearance, and professional demeanor.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail in maintaining store operations.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in the retail industry, particularly in cosmetics or beauty-related fields, is preferred.
