Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic call cycles and event planning.
- Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the territory.
- Plan and execute in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives, building strong relationships with store associates and leadership.
- Represent the Fresh brand, utilizing Fresh and Sephora sales techniques.
- Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas adhere to merchandising standards.
- Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and location within Sephora stores.

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for beauty industry experience.
- Working knowledge of in-store retail environments, particularly within Sephora.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives.
- Ability to work remotely without home office responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
