1. Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic planning and event execution.
2. Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and Sephora Beauty Advisors.
3. Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively.
4. Plan and execute in-store events aligned with brand initiatives.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards at Fresh counters and sales areas.
6. Negotiate with store personnel to optimize product placement within Sephora locations.
7. Maintain above-average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.
8. Develop store-specific action plans to achieve sales targets.

1. 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for beauty industry experience.
2. Working knowledge of in-store retail environments, particularly within Sephora.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Experience in event planning and execution.
5. Flexibility in working hours to meet job objectives.
6. Ability to work remotely without home office responsibilities.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 CAD.
