1. Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic call cycles and event planning.
2. Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors.
3. Manage freelance and travel budgets to support the assigned territory.
4. Plan and execute in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives, fostering strong relationships with store associates and leadership.
5. Represent the Fresh brand and lead by example using Fresh and Sephora sales techniques.
6. Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas adhere to merchandising standards.
7. Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and location within Sephora locations.
8. Maintain above-average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.
9. Create store-specific action plans to achieve sales goals across the assigned territory.

1. 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a background in the beauty industry.
2. Working knowledge of in-store retail environments, preferably with Sephora.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Event planning and execution experience.
5. Flexible working hours to meet job objectives.
6. Ability to work remotely without home office responsibilities.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 CAD per year.
