Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic call cycles and event planning.
- Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Manage freelance and travel budgets to support the assigned territory.
- Plan and execute in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives, fostering strong relationships with store associates and leadership.
- Represent the Fresh brand and lead by example using Fresh and Sephora sales techniques.
- Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas adhere to merchandising standards.
- Negotiate with store personnel to optimize space and location within Sephora locations.
- Maintain above-average Sephora LOVE scores for the Fresh brand.
- Create store-specific action plans to achieve sales goals across the assigned territory.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a background in the beauty industry.
- Working knowledge of in-store retail environments, preferably with Sephora.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Event planning and execution experience.
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives.
- Ability to work remotely without home office responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
- Proactive in client engagement and brand promotion.
- Team motivation and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to travel within the territory, owning a vehicle is required.
- Consumer-centric approach with a focus on relationship building.
- Agility in anticipating and championing change.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to implement new ideas from data insights.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 CAD per year.
