Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory through strategic call cycle and event planning.
- Effectively manage freelance and travel budgets to support assigned territory.
- Conduct in-store trainings at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom in line with Retailer Brand expectations.
- Plan and execute in-store events in conjunction with brand initiatives, achieving overall sales, productivity, and MOB targets.
- Collaborate with store management for visual placement in-store.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at store level with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, Beauty Stylists, and Department Managers.
- Handle in-store training of Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories.
- Ensure Fresh homebays, counters, endcaps, towers, etc., are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards.
- Lead strong partnership with Retailer Teams and Clients by providing service and support for any needs when in store.
- Maintain regular communication with Field team regarding opportunities for brand participation in additional training, events, or BA/employee support.
- Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel.
- Use company-supported reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies related to BA/employee training and selling experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments preferred.
- Proactive approach in client engagement and brand promotion.
- Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet job objectives.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
