1. Achieve sales targets within the designated territory through strategic planning and execution of events.
2. Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the territory.
3. Conduct in-store training sessions at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, aligning with brand expectations.
4. Plan and execute in-store events in coordination with brand initiatives.
5. Collaborate with store management for optimal visual merchandising.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store-level personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors, Nordstrom Counter Managers, and Department Managers.
7. Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel on new product launches and core product categories.
8. Foster partnerships with Sephora Beauty Advisors and Nordstrom Counter Managers to provide service and support.
9. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met across all Fresh displays.
10. Communicate regularly with the Field team regarding training and event opportunities.
11. Maintain a regular call cycle to stores and manage schedules and travel efficiently.
12. Utilize company reports and tools to develop customized in-store strategies for training and selling.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
3. Ability to motivate and work collaboratively within a team.
4. Flexibility to travel extensively within the territory.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably within the Sephora and Nordstrom environments.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD.
