Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

1. Achieve sales targets within the designated territory through strategic planning and execution of call cycles and events.
2. Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support territory objectives.
3. Conduct in-store training sessions at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, aligning with brand expectations.
4. Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with brand initiatives.
5. Collaborate with store management to ensure optimal visual merchandising.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store-level partners, including Sephora Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, Nordstrom Counter Managers, and Beauty Stylists.
7. Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel on new product launches and core product categories.
8. Provide service and support to Sephora Beauty Advisors, Nordstrom Counter Managers, and clients during store visits.
9. Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld across Fresh homebays, counters, endcaps, and towers.
10. Communicate regularly with the Field team regarding training and event opportunities.
11. Maintain a regular call cycle to stores, managing schedules and travel efficiently.
12. Utilize company reports and tools to develop customized in-store strategies for training and selling.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
3. Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively.
4. Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
5. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives.
6. Capability to work remotely once a week.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a preference for experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD.
