1. Achieve sales targets within the designated territory through strategic call cycles and event planning.
2. Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the territory.
3. Conduct in-store training sessions at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, aligning with brand expectations.
4. Plan and execute in-store events in line with brand initiatives, aiming for an 8-10% increase in sales from events.
5. Collaborate with store management for optimal visual merchandising placement.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store-level personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors and Nordstrom Department Managers.
7. Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel on new product launches and core product categories.
8. Foster partnerships with Sephora Beauty Advisors and Nordstrom Client Managers, providing in-store service and support.
9. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met across all Fresh displays.
10. Communicate regularly with the Field team to identify opportunities for additional training and support.
11. Maintain a regular call cycle to stores, managing schedules and travel efficiently.
12. Utilize company reports and tools to develop customized in-store strategies for training and sales.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
3. Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively.
4. Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
5. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives.
6. Capability to travel extensively within the territory.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry, with a preference for experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD.
