1. Achieve sales targets within the designated territory through strategic planning and event execution.
2. Manage freelance and travel budgets efficiently to support the territory.
3. Conduct in-store training sessions at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom, aligning with brand expectations.
4. Plan and execute in-store events to achieve an 8-10% increase in sales from events.
5. Collaborate with store management for optimal visual merchandising.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store-level staff, including Sephora Beauty Advisors, Nordstrom Counter Managers, and Department Managers.
7. Lead training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel on new and core product categories.
8. Provide service and support to Sephora Beauty Advisors and Nordstrom Counter Managers during store visits.
9. Ensure merchandising standards are met for Fresh displays.
10. Communicate regularly with the Field team regarding training and event opportunities.
11. Maintain a consistent call cycle to stores and manage travel schedules effectively.
12. Utilize company reports and tools to develop in-store strategies for training and sales.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
3. Ability to motivate and work collaboratively with a team.
4. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
6. Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, particularly within Sephora and Nordstrom environments.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD.
