1. Achieve sales goals in assigned territory through strategic call cycle and event planning.
2. Effectively manage freelance and travel budgets to support the territory.
3. Conduct in-store trainings at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom in line with Retailer Brand expectations.
4. Plan and execute in-store events aligned with brand initiatives, achieving sales, productivity, and MOB targets.
5. Collaborate with store management for optimal visual placement in-store.
6. Develop strong relationships at store level with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, Beauty Stylists, and Department Managers.
7. Handle in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories.
8. Ensure Fresh merchandising standards are maintained, including homebays, counters, endcaps, and towers.
9. Lead partnerships with Retailer Teams and Clients by providing service and support in-store.
10. Communicate regularly with Field team regarding opportunities for brand participation in additional training, events, or employee support.
11. Maintain regular call cycle to stores and manage schedule and travel effectively.
12. Utilize company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies for training and selling experiences.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3. Experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proactive approach in client engagement and brand promotion.
3. Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively within a team.
4. Capability to travel extensively within the territory.
5. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a preference for experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
