Fresh Area Sales and Education Executive

- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory through strategic call cycle and event planning.
- Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the territory.
- Conduct in-store trainings at Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom in alignment with Retailer Brand expectations.
- Plan and execute in-store events in conjunction with brand initiatives, achieving sales, productivity, and MOB targets.
- Collaborate with store management for visual placement in-store.
- Develop strong relationships at store level with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, District Managers, Beauty Stylists, and Department Managers.
- Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories.
- Ensure Fresh homebays, counters, endcaps, and towers are visually impeccable and meet Fresh merchandising standards.
- Foster strong partnerships with Retailer Teams and Clients by providing service and support in-store.
- Communicate regularly with Field team regarding opportunities for brand participation in additional training, events, or employee support.
- Maintain a regular call cycle to stores and manage schedule and travel effectively.
- Utilize company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies related to employee training and selling experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments preferred.
- Proactive in client engagement and brand promotion.
- Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively.
- Flexible working hours to meet job objectives.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD.
