1. Process and monitor B2B orders including reception, validation, and entry into SAP.
2. Manage order portfolios ensuring timely delivery and shipment.
3. Coordinate logistics between commercial teams and logistics partners.
4. Handle administrative tasks for new retail points in France and internationally.
5. Maintain and update commercial sales tools such as pricing and order forms.
6. Respond to B2B client inquiries and ensure seamless information flow to commercial and logistics services.
7. Update and monitor dashboards for orders, sales, and performance metrics.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Management, or Logistics.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B commercial or logistics environment, preferably with international exposure.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management.
2. Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred.
3. Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
4. Understanding of international trade (incoterms, customs).
5. Customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
6. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
7. Ability to manage priorities and unexpected challenges.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in a B2B commercial or logistics role, ideally with international experience.

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Management, or Logistics.
