- Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various skill development programs.
- Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
- Organize training logistics and administrative tasks.
- Update and manage the learner database, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Index and document each training activity.
- Analyze training data and prepare activity reports.
- Liaise with training providers for the organization of training sessions.
- Request funding from relevant bodies and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
- Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables.
No prior professional experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources.
Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers valued at €10 per worked day with 50% covered by the company.
