Fred Training Assistant Internship

- Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various skill development programs.
- Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
- Organize and manage the administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions.
- Update and manage the learner database, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Index and document each training activity.
- Analyze training data and prepare activity reports.
- Liaise with training providers to organize sessions and secure funding from OPCOs.
- Research and recommend training programs that align with company needs.
- Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables, is appreciated.
- Coordination and organizational skills.
- Data management and analysis.
- Effective communication and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.
A monthly stipend of €1300 gross.
One day of remote work per week after three months, with manager approval. Six paid leave days. Meal vouchers worth €10 per day, with 50% covered by the company.
