1. Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various skill development programs.
2. Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
3. Organize and manage the administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions.
4. Update and manage the learner database, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index and document each training activity.
6. Analyze training data and prepare activity reports.
7. Liaise with training providers to organize sessions and secure funding from OPCOs.
8. Research and recommend training programs that align with company needs.
9. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

A monthly stipend of €1300 gross.

One day of remote work per week after three months, with manager approval. Six paid leave days. Meal vouchers worth €10 per day, with 50% covered by the company.
