Fred Training Assistant Intern

- Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training programs in office skills, languages, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
- Develop and manage the annual training schedule.
- Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
- Update the learner database, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
- Index each training activity and conduct data analysis and activity reporting.
- Liaise with training providers for organizing training sessions.
- Request funding from OPCOs and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
- Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables, is appreciated.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficient in data management and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Monthly stipend of €1300 gross.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, and meal vouchers worth €10 per working day with 50% covered by the company.
