1. Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training programs in office skills, languages, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
2. Develop and manage the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
4. Update the learner database, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index each training activity and conduct data analysis and activity reporting.
6. Liaise with training providers for organizing training sessions.
7. Request funding from OPCOs and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
8. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

Monthly stipend of €1300 gross.

Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, and meal vouchers worth €10 per working day with 50% covered by the company.
