Training Assistant Intern

1. Coordinate training actions including workshops, integration, seminars, and various training programs.
2. Develop and monitor the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training actions, including administrative and logistical follow-up.
4. Update the learner database and e-learning platform in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index each training action and analyze data and activity reports.
6. Liaise with training organizations and manage relationships with training providers.
7. Request funding from OPCOs and recommend training aligned with company needs.
8. Manage e-learning tool access and develop e-learning modules.
