1. Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training programs.
2. Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
4. Update the learner database and e-learning platform in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index training activities and analyze data to produce activity reports.
6. Liaise with training providers and manage funding requests with OPCOs.
7. Research and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
8. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
