- Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training programs.
- Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
- Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
- Update the learner database and e-learning platform in collaboration with the HR team.
- Index training activities and analyze data to produce activity reports.
- Liaise with training providers and manage funding requests with OPCOs.
- Research and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
- Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
