1. Coordinate training actions including workshops, integration, seminars, and various training sessions such as office, language, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
2. Develop and monitor the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training activities, ensuring administrative and logistical follow-up.
4. Update the learner database, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index each training action and conduct data analysis and activity reports.
6. Liaise with training organizations to organize sessions and request funding from OPCOs.
7. Research and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
8. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

A monthly stipend of €1300 gross.

One day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per working day with 50% covered by the company.
