Training Assistant Intern

1. Coordinate training actions including workshops, integration, seminars, and various training programs.
2. Develop and follow the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training actions, including administrative and logistical follow-up.
4. Update the learner database and e-learning platform in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index each training action and analyze data and activity reports.
6. Liaise with training providers and manage funding requests with OPCO.
7. Research and recommend training aligned with company needs.
8. Manage e-learning tool access and develop e-learning modules.
