1. Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training modules in office software, languages, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
2. Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
4. Update the learner database and e-learning platform in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index training activities and conduct data analysis and activity reporting.
6. Liaise with training providers to organize sessions and secure funding from OPCOs.
7. Research and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
8. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

No prior experience required.

A monthly stipend of €1300 gross.
