1. Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training programs in office, language, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
2. Develop and maintain the annual training schedule and oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of training sessions.
3. Update learner databases and e-learning platforms in collaboration with the HR team.
4. Index and analyze training activities, producing detailed reports.
5. Liaise with training providers to organize sessions and secure funding from OPCOs.
6. Research and recommend training programs that align with company needs.
7. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80 depending on age.
