1. Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration sessions, seminars, and various training programs in office tools, languages, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
2. Develop and monitor the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training logistics and administration.
4. Update learner databases and e-learning platforms in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index training activities and analyze data for activity reports.
6. Liaise with training providers to organize sessions and request funding from OPCOs.
7. Research and recommend training programs aligned with company needs.
8. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).

2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.

No prior experience required, ideal for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources.

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.

Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers worth €10 per day with 60% covered by the company, and opportunities for professional networking and development.
