1. Coordinate training activities including workshops, integration, seminars, and various training programs such as office, language, communication, management, retail, and coaching.
2. Develop and maintain the annual training schedule.
3. Organize training logistics and administrative follow-up.
4. Update learner databases, including e-learning platforms, in collaboration with the HR team.
5. Index and document each training activity.
6. Analyze training data and prepare activity reports.
7. Liaise with training providers to organize sessions.
8. Request funding from OPCOs and recommend training aligned with company needs.
9. Manage e-learning tools, including access and module development.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).

2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.

One day of remote work per week after three months, subject to managerial approval. Meal vouchers worth €10 per worked day, with 60% covered by the company.
