- Manage the calculation and placement of orders for warehouse replenishment.
- Organize local quality control processes.
- Plan warehouse deliveries, including coordinating with the Logistics & Customs department to validate transporters and track shipments.
- Create new product references in the article database.
- Monitor stock levels and consumption.
- Oversee the control and dispatch of orders from four warehouses to markets and boutiques.
- Track customer gift consumption.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising HQ and local teams for animation launches, boutique openings, high jewelry events, and visual merchandising projects.
- Organize market and warehouse deliveries, ensuring transporter validation and shipment tracking.
- Ensure budgetary compliance with annual financial plans.
- Manage orders and organize deliveries for staff sales.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and VBA.
- Agility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Previous experience in supply planning is a plus.
