- Calculate and process orders for warehouse replenishment.
- Organize local Quality Control processes.
- Plan warehouse deliveries, including liaising with the Logistics & Customs department to confirm transporters and track shipments.
- Create new product references in the article database.
- Monitor stock levels and consumption rates.
- Control and dispatch orders from four warehouses to markets and boutiques.
- Track client gift consumption.
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandising HQ and local teams for various launches and events, ensuring timely market and warehouse deliveries.
- Manage budget adherence and organize deliveries for staff sales.
- Master's degree in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in Supply Planning is mandatory.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Proficient in complex data analysis, Excel, and VBA.
- Agile and responsive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Entry-level experience in supply planning is required.
Master's degree in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent.
