1. Calculate and place orders for warehouse replenishment.
2. Organize local Quality Control processes.
3. Plan warehouse deliveries, including liaising with Logistics & Customs to validate transporters and monitor shipments.
4. Create new product references in the article database.
5. Monitor stock levels and consumption.
6. Oversee order control and delivery from four warehouses to markets and boutiques.
7. Track client gift consumption.
8. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising HQ and local teams for animation launches, boutique openings, high jewelry events, and new visual merchandising projects.
9. Organize market and warehouse deliveries, including transporter validation and shipment tracking.
10. Ensure budget adherence and manage orders and deliveries for staff sales.

1. Master's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
2. Initial experience in Supply Planning is mandatory.

1. Organized and meticulous.
2. Proficient in complex data analysis, Excel, and VBA.
3. Agile and responsive.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
5. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in supply planning is required.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
