Fred Supply & Distribution Assistant (Non‑Precious)

FRED is a Maison of contemporary high jewellery known for a relaxed Riviera spirit and inventive design. The brand is part of LVMH’s Watches & Jewelry division and combines maison craftsmanship with international retail and wholesale distribution. Employees act as custodians of the Maison’s joyful, refined aesthetic while operating within a luxury conglomerate structure.

1. Manage distribution operations for non‑precious items (cases & packaging, POS displays, uniforms, client gifts): validate and release orders from four warehouses to regional hubs and boutiques.
2. Monitor consumption of client gifts by market and handle customer purchase order updates and re‑billing for uniforms.
3. Calculate and place replenishment orders for warehouse stock; monitor production, inventory and consumption levels.
4. Plan and coordinate warehouse deliveries: liaise with Logistics & Customs to select and validate carriers and track shipments.
5. Create new article references in the product database and monitor RAL and OTB metrics to support assortment and availability.
6. Coordinate logistics for merchandising launches and VM projects (seasonal activations and local events): align with VM HQ and local VM teams and manage market/warehouse deliveries.

1. Master’s level (Bac+4/5) or equivalent in procurement, supply chain, logistics or related field.
2. Organised, methodical and rigorous with strong attention to detail.
3. Fluent French and English for written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Comfortable analysing complex datasets; strong Excel skills and proficiency with VBA.
5. Agile, responsive and able to work across multiple teams; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Entry‑level (apprenticeship). No professional seniority required; a first experience in supply planning or logistics is an advantage.

Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or equivalent.

1 day remote work per week after 3 months' seniority (subject to manager agreement); meal vouchers valued at €10 per worked day with 60% employer contribution.
