- Effectively manage the team to achieve sales targets and exceed business goals through innovative sales strategies.
- Proactively manage the store to ensure both short and long-term goals are achieved, maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Promote the store through multi-media channels and engage with clients through digital activities, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Implement marketing and brand strategies at the store level, ensuring effective deployment of events and initiatives.
- Actively develop the customer base through CRM activities, events, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Collect and share client feedback internally to refine selling approaches and concepts.
- Build a network of local clients to raise awareness of the store and brand.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and enhance brand image.
- Produce and implement a quality improvement plan to continuously develop store practices and customer service levels.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with store suppliers, agencies, and central management.
- Create efficient links with the department store management team.
- Manage recruitment, inductions, and training, fostering a collaborative and conducive working environment.
- Manage all daily retail duties, including financial and sales performance reporting to head office.
- Achieve and maintain mystery shopper targets.
- Implement brand training plans and support the development of brand knowledge within the team.
- Engage in local networking to enhance brand visibility locally, acting as a brand representative according to guidelines from Paris HQ.
- Conduct annual and mid-year appraisal reviews with the team to monitor ongoing performance.
- Plan and manage staff rotas, overtime, holidays, and monitor sickness, reporting frequently.
- Support, adhere to, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Report stock or security issues and fraudulent activity to management.
- Open and close the store, ensuring all team members follow security procedures to minimize risk.
- Implement and promote effective working practices for a safe and efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, accounting procedures, finance policies, and Health and Safety regulations.
- Manage internal till and stock systems, ensuring proper inventory mix and stock availability.
- Provide in-store aftersales service, working with aftersales teams to achieve high customer service and satisfaction.
- Graduate or equivalent level qualification preferred.
- Retail management training.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent English proficiency; Arabic preferred.
- Customer-focused with strong complaint handling skills.
- Adaptability to change and innovative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail with a flair for visual merchandising.
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop a passionate team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Senior retail management experience in a similar or luxury industry with a minimum of 10 years. Proven sales results and achievement of business/brand objectives. Experience in effectively managing a team, including performance management, and in store operations. Experience in data analysis and report production.
Graduate or equivalent level qualification preferred.
