- Develop and update the architectural charter and its various applications, including technical aspects such as lighting handbooks, in alignment with the needs set by the Architecture and Artistic Direction.
- Source furniture and decorations according to project needs and directives from the Architecture Direction.
- Research new materials that align with the brand's identity and sustainability goals, considering local specificities.
- Assist and advise project managers in material selection, trend board creation, preliminary layout studies, supplier selection, and direct order management.
- Create and develop 2D/3D drawings of architectural details and furniture.
- Study technical and architectural details to optimize production and installation timelines and costs.
- Coordinate and oversee prototypes.
- Design pop-up and event concepts.
- Monitor concept pricing with the Planning team to reduce cost per square meter and establish regional pricing.
- Approve execution plans for furniture across all projects.
- Establish and maintain a materials library.
- Distribute the charter and updates to external collaborators and internal stakeholders.
- Update internal and external presentations related to concept and design.
- Higher education in Architecture, Interior Design, or Space Design.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in retail concept creation and deployment, luxury retail design, furniture design, and construction.
- Strong creativity and aesthetic sensitivity with a rigorous and functional approach.
- Knowledgeable in design, architecture, and art, both current trends and historical context.
- Excellent understanding of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
- Outstanding graphic representation and visual communication skills (sketches, 2D, 3D, trend boards).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and autonomous in project management with effective reporting skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, positive, and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills for multicultural contexts.
- Fluent in English with technical architectural vocabulary.
- Proficient in Autocad, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
Higher education in Architecture, Interior Design, or Space Design.
