Fred Stand Manager

1. Deliver and exceed sales and revenue targets for the stand; drive growth in mid and high jewellery categories.
2. Expand market share within the department store's jewellery offering and reinforce the brand's positioning in the local ecosystem.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with department store stakeholders (Personal Shoppers, VIP teams, etc.) to maximise referrals and client introductions.
4. Develop and grow the client database through targeted initiatives and CRM utilisation; proactively recruit new clients.
5. Analyse sales KPIs, prepare performance reporting, and propose actionable plans to optimise results.
6. Lead, coach and develop the sales team: recruit, train, motivate and monitor individual and team performance.
7. Manage daily operations of the point of sale including stock control, visual merchandising compliance, basic accounting, staffing and scheduling.
8. Ensure exceptional after‑sales service and uphold security and HR policies on site.

1. Minimum 5 years' proven experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable commercial results.
2. Post-secondary diploma (Bac+2 / associate degree) or equivalent vocational qualification.
3. Proven people-management experience, including hiring, coaching and performance management.
4. Knowledge of the jewellery sector is a strong advantage.
5. Business-oriented with strong analytical capability to interpret KPIs and implement improvement plans.
6. Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting sales challenges.
7. Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills; strong customer-service orientation.
8. Proficiency in Pack Office and experience working with CRM systems.

Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail with a record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team; prior exposure to jewellery retail or department‑store concessions is highly desirable.
