Fred Senior Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Develop and implement the global visual merchandising strategy for Fred across retail, franchise, and wholesale networks.
- Create, update, and disseminate institutional guidelines for retail and wholesale, including window display animations and boutique openings.
- Lead the redesign of packaging with innovative and eco-friendly solutions, ensuring consistent application worldwide.
- Oversee the development and implementation of point-of-sale materials (POSM) and specific display materials, ensuring uniform execution across boutiques and events.
- Manage the strategy for institutional and seasonal gifts, providing structured guidelines for market guidance.
- Support international markets in understanding and adapting guidelines to local commercial needs.
- Regularly monitor in-store visual merchandising activations, ensuring adherence to standards and sharing feedback to highlight best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to anticipate trends and maintain cutting-edge visual merchandising activations.
- Degree in Visual Merchandising, Business, Communication, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail visual merchandising.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and knowledge of luxury design standards.
- Commitment to eco-responsible practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational prowess.
- Autonomous project management with rigorous reporting capabilities.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of 3D software is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail visual merchandising is required.
Degree in Visual Merchandising, Business, Communication, or equivalent.
