1. Provide exceptional sales assistance to customers, ensuring comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
2. Achieve personal and store sales targets consistently.
3. Cultivate and develop strong client relationships.
4. Maintain high standards of merchandising displays within the store.
5. Complete sales documentation and efficiently utilize internal till and stock systems.
6. Generate client advocacy to meet mystery shopper targets.

1. Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail.
2. Previous experience in jewelry is highly desirable.

1. Commercial acumen with a focus on challenging and achieving goals.
2. Strong passion for the jewelry sector.
3. Empathy, excellent listening skills, and personability.
4. Business acumen and storytelling skills.
5. Fluency in English and Arabic.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with a preference for experience in the jewelry sector.
